Policy Delivery Information
At Blue Tree Home, we strive to deliver your artwork safely and efficiently. Artwork & Mirror delivery charges (based on collective order weight):

- Under 1kg: £6.95
- Under 5kg: £9.95
- Under 10kg: £14.95
- Under 15kg: £19.95
- Under 20kg: £24.95
- Under 25kg: £29.95

Important Notes:
Delivery times vary depending on the artwork type, your location, and current demand. Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days.

When your item is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a text message asking you to confirm your delivery date. On the day of delivery, you’ll be sent a live tracking link. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order. If you won’t be home, you can choose to have your item left in a designated ‘safe place.’

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Clothes & Gifts 
If you wish to return an item, please return your item within 7 days. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Furniture & Décor
If you wish to return an item purchased in-store:
